A script for successful meetings! Food, Fun and Fellowship –Where there is food, there is fun and fellowship Provide refreshments Ask everyone to bring something to share OR Have meetings where food is available

A script for successful meetings! Set a Format for the Agenda each month –Consultants know what to expect –You don’t have to start from scratch each month –Things to include: Ice breaker Announcements Training Recognition Giveaways –Have a timed agenda to keep everyone on track

A script for successful meetings! Keep it Simple – Bookings, Recruiting, Hostess Coaching, School & Library – Repeat –Change the format for training - some ideas: Give a Quiz about information as way to review Demonstrate how to do something – show, call, etc. Role Play situations or show a mock booth Brainstorm solutions as a group –Repeat same type of training New people continuously Veteran consultants need review and will hear different things at different times

A script for successful meetings! Recognition –Two things motivate people – money and recognition! –The reward/memento is NOT why they do it Charms, ribbons, posters, applause, spotlight, and your appreciation Point out everything – UBAH top lists, $1,000 club, Recruiting, Bronze levels and above, BINGO, etc. –If you recognize it, it will be repeated –Sets the bar

A script for successful meetings! Recognition, continued –Builds Team Spirit and Unity Makes people feel a part of something bigger than just their own business Sense of belonging More fun! More apt to come to bigger events –Shows them they are valued and appreciated –Music Fun Sets the mood
