„DODGEBALL”

The name of the game „Dodgeball”. Things to play: - pitch, playground, gym; - ball (for volleyball is the best). The pitch should be divided into 2 parts. We need bollards or band to notch lines of the pitch. If the game is played on the gym it should be on the pitch for volleyball. The number of players: - 12 players or more. The age of players: - from kindergarthen to being senior.

Game: The field is divided into 2 parts, players are divided into 2 teams. The players stand on their boards and every team chooses „mother” who stand s behind the line of the pitch of the opposite team. During all game players throw the ball in that way to touch the player. The draw begins the game. The winner starts the game by throwing the ball 3 times. The person who is touched by the ball can throw the ball and to achieve the next life. If the player doesn’t throw the ball in that way that the player is touched, must finish the game. - The team doesn’t have point if the ball touches the ground before touches the player; - player touches the ball; - the player is touched by the ball but other player catches the ball. The players have to run away but only on their pitch. The last player changes the place with the „Mother”. The winner – team which have players on the ground whereas the opposite team hasn’t got any player.

Every leader chooses „mother” for own team.

The draw begins the game.

The players stand on their own parts of the ground. „Mothers” are behind the final line.

The winner in the draw throws the ball 3 times. 3 „times”

We have to hit the players of the opposite team. The players and „Mothers” can throw the ball. The players can run away to protect themselves. We can’t hit „mothers”. If the ball is beyond the field, the ball belongs to „mother”.

The player touched by the ball can throw the ball. If there isn’t anybody touched by the ball the player must finish the game and sit.

We hit players and we pay attention pupils’ heads.

You are not touched: 1. if you catch the ball, 3. the ball touches the floor. 2. You are touched but the other player from your team catches the ball,

The last player changes the place with „Mother”. The „mother” can be hit three times. The winner – team which have players on the ground whereas the opposite team hasn’t got any player.
