Sada Bahar Sour, Sweet Salad
INGREDIENT For Dressing: lemon juice one table spoon finely grated fresh ginger (peeled before grating) Two table spoon of granulated sugar Salt to taste For Salad: Three oranges - cut into pieces Two mausmi oranges Handful of grapes ¼ chopped mint leaves
Method of Preparation Combine all ingredients for dressing in a small mixing. Bowl and brisk well. Cut the stem side (top) and (bottom) and take out the seeds. Place in a mixing bowl and add all the dressing. Use a spoon to mix gently and serve immediately.
