Introduction I picked Vietnam because of the men who fought for our country in the Vietnam war. I would like to learn more about their culture and native animals and I also would like to learn more about what they do for fun. I chose Vietnam because I have never done a project on this country.
Native Animals of Vietnam! One of the native animals Vietnam have are Indochinese Tiger. Live in forests in hilly to mountainous areas. They grow in size up to 2.7m head to tail. There weight is around about 115kg. A white-handed gibbon. 16 to 25 inches (41-64 cm), males only slightly longer than females. 11 to 18 pounds (5-8.1 kg).
The flag of Vietnam This is the Vietnam flag. The flag of Vietnam also known as the "red flag with yellow star.“ Was designed in 1940.
The population in Vietnam is million people. North to south distance 1,650 kg and 331,688 km square. It borders on China,Laos,Thailand.
Traditional Recipe From Vietnam. Ingredients 2 Tablespoons of Oil 2 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped 3 finely chopped Shallots 2 stalks of Lemon grass, finely chopped (its best to use the white parts only) 2 spring onions, finely sliced 1 Small red chili, finely sliced 2 sprigs Coriander leaves, chopped 250g of Shrimp, peeled, chopped and divined 500g Cooked white rice, cooled Salt and Pepper to taste. Method Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic, shallots, lemon grass and chilly. Stir fry over a high heat for 1 minute. Add the spring onions and shrimp. Stir fry briefly until the shrimps change colour, this usually doesn't take more than a minute. Add the rice and chopped coriander leaves. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir fry until heated through and serve hot. Fried Rice
Traditional Recipe From Vietnam Iced Coffee Ingredients * 4 cups water * 1/2 cup dark roast ground coffee beans * 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk * About 15 ice cubes Directions 1. Brew coffee with the water using your preferred method to make brewed coffee. Spoon 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk into each of 4 coffee cups. Pour 1 cup of fresh hot coffee into each cup, and stir to dissolve the milk. 2. Then serve guests the cups of coffee, and give each one a tall glass with a few ice cubes in it, and a long handled spoon. The hot coffee is poured over the ice cubes and stired briskly with the long handled spoon to chill the coffee.

Sports of Vietnam The Vietnamese love their sport.One of the sports Vietnam have is soccer. The team colour of Vietnams team outfits is red with a bit of white. The Vietnamese soccer team is very important to Vietnam. An other Important sport to Vietnam is Volleyball. The team’s outfit colour is red with a bit of white.
