The Michigan Chapter of the Society of Government Meeting Professionals (MISGMP) is dedicated to improving the knowledge and expertise of individuals in the planning and management of government meetings through education, training, industry relationships and mutual support.

Education Have achieved 4 of 7 action items Average monthly program attendance up 13.9% since and up by 59.5% since Monthly programs provide time for relationship building, average Planner/Supplier ration at meetings is 52% Planners. Held CGMP Course in Michigan with 9 new Michigan CGMPs Awarded Membership Have achieved 3 of 8 action items Communication Have achieved 10 of 11 action items MiSGMP Newsletter readership increased by 219% since Marketing, Sponsorship and Advertising Have achieved 3 of 3 action items 25 th Anniversary Press release sent to all industry partners as well as all local newspapers Continued Bundled Sponsorships 6

Leadership Development Have achieved 2 of 2 action items National Relationships Achieved 5 of 5 action items MiSGMP Board will be performing Judge Laurie “To Pour or Not To Pour” a Case of Liquor Liability at 2015 NEC Recognized by National at the 2014 National Education Conference for: Chapter Excellence (4 th year in row) 1 st Place Membership Growth 3 rd Place Communications of the Year 7

2014/15 Achievements continued All programs and AEC have provided excellent professional development All programs can be used towards GMS certificate, CGMP recertification, as well as CMP certification or recertification, certificates ed after attendance Revenue Budget $58, Expense Budget $68,090 8
