Description: –Have a light activity job whereby he meditates most of the time. –Engage in moderate physical activities like walking briskly; slow leisure cycling; mowing the lawn; ping pong; tai chi; or heavy cleaning… –He cannot consume meat and fish. Depend on different branches of Buddhism, he can or cannot consume eggs and dairy products (milk, cheese…).
