Board of County Commissioners Project :Cassis PD/LUP Substantial Change Applicant: Hanson, Walter, & Associates District #:1 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Cassis Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to grant a waiver from Section (4) to reduce the 25- foot pavement setback and allow a 10-foot pavement setback along US 192.
