Hera is described as a beautiful woman wearing a crown and holding a royal lotus- tipped staff. This makes her different from other gods because not all gods are from a royal state or wear crowns. Hera has no weapon but she has a pet peacock.
Hera is the goddess of marriage, child birth, empire, and kings.
Hera married Zeus, who is also her twin brother. Mother of Ares, and Hephaestus. Hera’s siblings are Zeus, Hades, Poseidon, Hestia, and Demeter.
Hera would sometimes be jealous of Zeus because he was so powerful. She has an addiction to perfection. Hera killed her son by pushing him off of Mt. Olympus.
Hera doesn’t have many friends. People who help her out though are Zeus, and her children.
Hera would usually be found in a hospital/doctors office helping with childbirth. Also, you may find Hera in a foster care helping with young children.
The Pomegranate symbolizes fertility because she was the god of childbirth. The peacock was the symbol of immortality.
