Assisted with the generation of a new AHD for the solvent purifier in

Short Term Safety Outlook- 6/14 Prepare for the annual management safety walkthrough of EETD work areas scheduled for 6/12/14. Continue to assist with start-up of the new FLEXLAB buildings. The new “on-line” lab self-inspection form is now ready for roll- out and use by lab area safety leads. Start the Chemical Management System (CMS) self- assessment project. Continue participation in the inter-divisional “off-site safety” self-assessment project. Complete the flame retardant lab coat corrective action. Prepare a proposed Work Planning and Control (WPC) “projects” and “activities” framework for EETD. Address the European electrical appliance approval issue in the B31 test chamber.
