Geography Terms Game Divide the class into two teams. The first player picks a description from the map, places the cursor near it (don’t click yet!) and reads it aloud. The player then guesses the geographic term from the list on the right, places the cursor on it, writes it on the board, and then clicks the corresponding question mark. The correct word for the geographic description will appear. If it is the same word written on the board by the player, (spelling counts!) award his/her team a point. If not, no points are awarded. The next player erases the word and then points the cursor to a new description. Play continues until all words have been chosen. The team with the most points wins. If you choose a homophone term, you can earn an extra point for spelling and defining its homophone!
