Introduction Often faced with difficult decisions to make: – When buying goods and services… TV, Car, Computer, Cell Phone, Home, Internet provider Doctor, Dentist, Contractor – When making a major decision… About a new job offer Relocating What congregation to attend when moving to a new area Might list the POSITIVES and NEGATIVES – This helps us to logically decide – Might ask for others recommendations

Philippians 1: KGV “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not. For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you. And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith; That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again.”

“I am In a Strait Betwixt Two” “…having a desire depart be with Christ, which is far better” “Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you...for your furtherance and joy of faith”

Philippians 1: NKJV “ For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell. For I am hard pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you. And being confident of this, I know that I shall remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy of faith, that your rejoicing for me may be more abundant in Jesus Christ by my coming to you again.”
