Sawyer Lake 08/16/2007 Paddling Friends1 Sawyer Lake & Jessie Lake – Thu, Aug 16  Temp 75º, 90 minutes on water.  3.2 miles on Barb’s GPS.  We paddled clockwise around the lakes.  There was a sailboat when we arrived (probably from Silver Birch Ranch); we could hear children playing (and squealing).  Water level was very low!  We paddled through the mud to get into Jessie Lake.  We saw an eagle and a loon.  We went to Animal’s Bear Trail for supper.
