Should We Offer Formal Education to Mainland Children in HK?

Reason for they can have education  it is Human Rights.Everybody have equal opportunities to receive education. ∴ maintain democratic society  human sympathy.  They may meet bad friends.  Childhood is the treasure time of studying.

Those overstayers and illegal immigrants should repatriate to homeland. Offering formal education means to encourage them to overstay in Hong Kong
