 In America more kids are becoming obese than ever before.  A lot of children don’t know really how to eat healthy.  A lot of children don’t really understand how to diet right when trying too.

 Lose it helps you track your calories, food, exercises, and it helps you stay motivated to achieve you weight loss goals.  Lose It tells you how many crabs, proteins, and fats you should consume each day.  The best Part the app is FREE!!

 It helps you set goals for weight loss. ( Can set goals at ½ pounds loss per week up to 2 pounds per week.)  Records different foods, drinks, exercise into your personal log book.  Helps you stay below your calorie intake for the day.  Also Lets you see how much carbs, fats, and proteins you should be having daily.

 After eating, drinking, and exercising all you do is log it into your log on the app or online.  Lose It tells you how many calories is in each meal or snack.  It also tells you how many calories you burn with what ever exercise you do for cardio. (Treadmill, Elliptical, Stair Master, Running, Jogging)  Lose it even tells you how many calories you are burning when weight training also

 It can help kids push themselves to goals that they didn’t even think they could get too.  Its very easy to use & kids love using technology.  Everyone could use it  Everyone benefits from it.  Students can use it at there own pace
