Equipment No food or drinks near equipment No outside electronics Treat equipment carefully Stay on task

Transitions When 5 minute warning bell sounds, finish lesson and prepare for transition. Follows Signs Stay to right Keep your hands to yourself Follow the Noise level chart Hold equipment property

During Sessions Only talk to students within your modality according to noise level Be prepared for the modality you are in. Stay on Task No one is permitted to leave during the first and last 10 minutes of a period. MUST sit in assigned table

Leaving During Class Have teacher sign calendar Sign out in bathroom log Use your calendar as a pass Sign back in upon return Only one exit per block If you lose your calendar, you lose your bathroom privilege for that day. One will be provided to you after school or before school. Repeat offenders will lose the privilege for the month unless you get your own calendar.
