Our Olympian Katie Taylor is a very famous Irish boxer. She won a gold medal in the London Olympics It was a great success. She is very well know all around Ireland.

All about Katie Where were you born? I was born in Bray, Wicklow. When were you born? I was born on 2 nd July Does anyone else in your family box? My dad coaches me & he used to be a senior champion. My mum is a referee. My two brothers used to box and my sister Sarah was never into the sport. Do you speak Gaelic? I do. I learnt it in secondary school and I would love to do an interview in Gaelic after a fight.
