Competition Lesson This lesson will be a series of team competitions to re-cap everything we have covered about components of fitness. Your team needs a name!
Round 1: Mind Map In your groups create a mind map with as many components of fitness you can remember! There are 11 in total. Whole group must raise hands when done.
Round 2: Skill/Physical In a different colour pen put the components of fitness into either a physical or skill-related category. There are 11 in total. Whole group must raise hands when done.
