AAPTP Background Program began 2004 Cooperative Agreement Auburn University Contractor Projects are awarded as subcontract to Auburn University Organizational structure similar to NCHRP Funding obtained for FY-04 thru FY-06

AAPTP Status 12 Projects Awarded 1 Project in evaluation process Funding available for 7 new projects (FY- 06) Approval and prioritization for 9 projects from FY-07 funds (not yet approved by Congress or FAA)
