 The most importing point ; we have to keep our all natural sources. ‘water sources, soil sources and air sources’ Using air soil sprays using pesticide and herbicide, like this kind of chemical extract make your nature dirty wasting. They are poisoning soil and they contaminate our water sources. One time you waste water, you can’t use again. For example, you can’t drink again it. Because of the fact that we have to protect our nature. We have to be careful about it. We have to give some lessons about it, especially for our younger age.

 Almost effect negatively, because you can’t get it under control. Humans’ reflection behaves impact humans’ nature. You can’t easily get it under control. And sometimes it occurs negative.

 I think, yes it can.

 Especially we don’t use any materials. But it is the only way keeping our nature. It means for us protect our nature.

 We will die and we won’t have future.

 We have to keep our water source and it is very important for us. And we have to protect our nature.

 The term "food hygiene" is used to describe the preservation and preparation of foods in a manner. This term typically refers to these practices at an individual or family level, whereas the term “food sanıtatıon" usually refers to these types of procedures at the commercial level within the food industry. Food hygiene in the home kitchen includes things such as the proper storage of food before use.

 Do not leave foods out on the counter to defrost, and certainly do not run them under warm water, which can cause bacteria growth. This is very important for food hygiene as well. Instead, defrost frozen foods in the refrigerator, or run them under cold water. Then, immediately cook the food. It is important to ensure that foods are cooked at the proper temperature, and for the right amount of time, to heat them completely and kill any bacteria found there.

 It’s always very important to wash fruits and vegetables because ıt affects our body so much. Maybe ıt ınvolves a lot of vırus and unless we don’t wash ıt, we can be sick. It can be rısk for our lıfe.

 It is so important for us to sell our products ın a good price, not only grownıng the agrıculture of products but also we need to sell thıs products ın this price.

 Fruits and vegetables are major vehicles for transmission of food-born enteric viruses.  We can be sıck at the stomach and we can take virus that can kıll us like coco bacterıa.

The best hygiene way ıs to not contamınate the products, to wash them very well and to be careful. It’s not enough for us but we are tryıng to ımprove day by day. 6 – IS YOUR VEHICLE ECOLOGICAL FOR TRANSPORTATION?

 In a good way.  But, effect on economy is less than the oppurtunities that it provides.  In organic agriculture you produce less products to make it more aromatic and natural.  It doesn’t have a beneficial effect like industry.

- We prepare our products compeletly ready for markets with a package has every information about the products on. -In the past, we used to set bazaars up to sell our products, but now we head towards to markets. -With our sells we caught european standarts.

 several methods:  aquaculture  greenhouse  Turkey can do every agricultural producing system easily which is a big advantage for us.

 -Our biggest market is Germany.  In recent times, Near Iraq became our second biggest market.  The others are: -England -Russia (importing vegetables from Tr.) -Netherlands

There is no much connections between organic farming and energy. We think that it is more important to aim for alternative energy sources, because solar energy is mother of the energy.

- We have specific basins that are near water sources. - The most popular ones in Turkey are: 1- Çukurova 2- Gediz havzası (The one that Manisa on) 3- Çatalca 4- Bafra Ovası 5- Iğdır Ovası 6- Urfa Ovası, and the other ones.

 1) What kind of fertilizer do you use for farming? -They have 2 methods for fertilizing. -They use liquid and solid fertilizer. -Solid ones are dissolving in water. -They use the liquid fertilizer in sprinkler system.

 2) Does it cost too much using fertilizer for organic farming? - No, because they don’t import so much fertilizer from another countries. They get it from Turkish farmers. They get fertilizers from chickens and goats.

 3) When do you use the fertilizer? In sping, summer or fall? -We use it in October. Because we should wait for the soil to be get ready. October is the best time because of the weather effects and raining.

 4) From where do you get these fertilizers? -Mostly from Turkish farmers, but if necessary, they can get different fertilizers from another countries.

 5) How much fertilizers do you use for 1 hectar of soil? -It changes. But for example, for wheat, you need to use 30 kilos of fertilizers for 1 hectar.

 6) What happens if you don’t use any fertilizer? - The plants won’t grow as you wanted them to. They would be too small to consume.

 Strenght: They get fertilizers from Turkish farmers so they don’t spend much money for this.  Weakness: They can use the fertilizers only in October.  Opportunities: Goat and chicken fertilizers are enough to use in organic farming. That’s why they don’t need fertilizers of other animals.  Threats: If they don’t use any fertilizer, the plants won’t grow as they wanted.
