INTRODUCTION Penang Times Square is built on a 5.2-hectare site along Jalan Dato Keramat. The landmark project is divided into four phases to be implemented over 10 years.

PHASE 1- Birch The Plaza, comprises of a 19- storey block of serviced residence and a five- level shopping mall. PHASE 2- a 20-storey serviced residence called Birch Regency as well as commercial shops. PHASE 3 & 4- Still in planning.

Penang Times Square is also known as the urban village in Penang. An urban village is a compact, walk-able, mixed-use neighbourhood and town that are pleasure to live in. This is because urban village is a place where everything you need is within walking distance including nice public squares to relax in and meet people.
