Reverse Site Visits (RII Track-1) General Timing and Organization Scheduled at start of years 2 and 4 of award RSV lasts approx. 4 hours (approx. 10 panelists) Jurisdictions present project progress Size of team – Maximum of 6 team members (member of State Governing Committee may be a team member) – Maximum of 4 team members conduct presentation – All team members may respond to questions during the Q&A session
Reverse Site Visit (RII Track-1) General Organization 1.5 hour presentation (maximum 4 presenters) 1 hour of Q&A (full team can respond to questions) Panel discussion (closed session) 15 minute verbal feedback to RSV team from panel Formal report with items to be addressed e.g. by clarification, progress reports, additions to annual reports
