DEAL OR NO DEAL

How to play… There are 30 briefcases with various monetary amounts inside. To “win” a briefcase, teams must answer a question correctly. The purpose is to amass the most briefcases by correctly answering the most questions. All briefcases are kept “sealed” until the end when they are all opened to determine the final winner. The first team selects a briefcase and attempts to answer the question for that briefcase. – If the team answers correctly, they keep the briefcase, but will NOT to open it. Play now passes to the next team. – If the team answers incorrectly, the briefcase remains in play and the turn passes to the next team. When all of the briefcases have been claimed, play may continue if there are some unanswered questions. In this case, a correct answer entitles a team to “steal” a briefcase from another team. In the end, the teacher will reveal the value of each briefcase as teams keep a tally of their scores.
