Sent and paid for EAP counselor to attend Held a Jeans Day to raise money for the Red Cross. Blood drive Company has Disaster Relief Assistance Program in place, providing up to $5000 per family in grants plus 30 days temp housing. Our employees are very actively involved with their churches in relief efforts. A local church that many of our employees attend sent 5 semi-trailer loads of new consumable items. Others cleaned a closed nursing home to offer shelter for evacuees. Participating in job fair for refugees in our state. Providing generators for employees use until power restored Providing information to our members, grant making organizations Providing website links to MercyCorp and Red Cross Raising money thru raffle and silent auction Sending manpower to companies within our industry directly impacted by the disaster. They have joined with the cancer and diabetes society to give one million dollars for hurricane relief so I feel we are also indirectly contributing with our donations. We had an employee donate a vehicle. We have no employees in affected areas, raised mileage reimbursement Working with community to support a displaced family Working with displaced students to allow them to take classes at our institution that will be transferable to universities in the affected areas.
