T ROOP /P ACK T RAINING N EEDS All diocesan forms for new unit adults must be completed, submitted, and cleared by the diocese prior to participation in unit activities Upon clearance by the diocese, new unit adults have a “grace period” of 90 days to complete their Virtus training and may participate in unit events pending completion of training If Virtus is not completed within 90 days of having forms cleared by the diocese, the adult may not participate until Virtus is completed.
