Vocab Chpt  Salvage – to rescue, or try to fix an item  Invalid -  Invalid - a person made weak or disabled by illness or injury.   Venture - dare to do something or go somewhere that may be dangerous or unpleasant   Trifling - unimportant or trivial.   Relent – to give-in ; become more mild, compassionate, or forgiving.

 Shroud  Shroud something that covers or conceals like a g arment.   Tethered- rope, chain, or the like, by which an anim al is fastened to a fixed object so as to limit its range of movement   Brandish - to shake or wave, as a weapon   Exorbitant - (of a price or amount charged) unreasonably high hoisted - raise or haul up.
