 Low sperm counts  Abnormal sperm morphology (shape)  A low sperm motility are usually asymptomatic conditions to most males. Most cases of low sperm counts are "idiopathic" or unexplained.  Some cases are associated with a swollen varicose vein in the scrotum, called a varicocele.
