Branch Organizational Chart Duties & Responsibilities of Branch Personnel

In charge of marketing and operations  Budget (CASA, Fees, Funds)  Sales and service management  Work flow requirements – policies & procedures Control and supervision on branch personnel and resources. Coaches and trains. Co-custodian and alternate in vault combinations and vault items Verifies and spot checks cash and valuables. Branch Manager

Responsible to deliver products/ services to customers on time. Ensures compliance of branch with internal policies, rules and regulations. Ensures that records are in order. Ensures that costs are manageable and are within the budget. Coaches and trains branch personnel. Service Head

Sales Officer Generates relationship within the Bank's target market with the objective of generating revenue for the bank. Provides clients with products and services while ensuring compliance with internal policies, rules and regulations.

Teller Responsible for providing timely/ quality services to clients. Ensures compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures Cash and check deposit acceptance Withdrawal and encashment Miscellaneous transactions Acts as custodian/co- custodian of cash in vault/ ATM and other vault items.

New Accounts Ensures compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures including opening of accounts, deposits and other services offered by the Bank. Acts as custodian/co- custodian of vault combinations and other vault items.
