3 Reporting The reports are organized into the following categories as shown on the Reporting Springboard page of AccessOnline: 1. Program Management - gives you access to summary and detail information about your card program. 2. Financial Management – Monitors expenditures, track variances, and manage account allocations.

28 Sample Reports The following report samples are from the Program Management section. To run a report you must use the cardholders name, account number or social security number. You can also find a cardholders account by searching for a managing account. Then you need to know the managing account number, managing account name or company number.
