Connecting the Dots We argue that Universal Design for Learning guides all curricular, behavioral, and classroom support activities (i.e., initiatives and programs that support and/or enhance the learning environment including PBIS, ICT, Book Buddies, PBL, etc). Programs and initiatives are adopted based of this framework and operate within the framework.
