How to interrupt in a meeting  Point: Apologize if you must interrupt others in a meeting. Write down the points you disagree with so that you have a source to refer to. Avoid raising your voice, using harsh or foul language toward anyone. Address disagreement as situation-related, rather than person-related. Use simple language to express your opinions so everyone can understand clearly. Allow others to disagree.
