DiscoverME Carol Rudder Carol is the CEO of DiscoverME, the first and only personality-based placement service on the Internet. While in graduate business school, she began writing a plan for a company that would help people find jobs that best suited their personalities. That plan evolved into DiscoverME and became a limited liability corporation in December Carol received her bachelors in Business Administration – Accounting degree from Texas A&M. She earned a C.P.A. certificate and has worked at Ernst & Young LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Human resource experience stemmed from Hay Management Consultants. Carol became seasoned in organizational design and development, change management, and competency-based human resource planning and development.
