I WENT FROM SPECIAL SCHOOL TO MAINSTREA M AFTER YEAR THREE
MOST OF MY ISSUES HAD BEEN SORTED BY THIS POINT
I HAD SPECIAL FOOD SUPPLIES ON TRIPS OUT WITH SCHOOL
I FELT A BIT LOST AT FIRST WHEN STARTING OUT AT SECONDARY SCHOOL
I OFTEN FELT THAT THE HOMEWORK WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME
I DIDN’T SEE THE POINT OF GOING TO DETENTION
SOME OF THE TEACHERS FOUND ME REALLY CHALLENGIN G
SUPPORT MADE ME ACTUALLY DO THE WORK
I WANTED TO HAVE MY COAT WITH ME ALL THE TIME
I ALWAYS HAD A LARGE AND HEAVY BACKPACK DURING THE DAY
I HAD A FEW ISSUES WITH SOME OF THE OTHER PEOPLE AND SENSORY ISSUES
THERE WERE ALSO ISSUES TRAVELLING TO SCHOOL
BY GOING TO UNSTED I LEARNED IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS
WHAT ADVICE WOULD I GIVE TO OTHERS?
