 Verb  Stimulating to Action  Synonyms – awakening, alerting  The alarm clock is arousing me to attention by ringing loudly!

 Noun  The way a person or creature acts  Synonyms – manner, attitude, conduct  Children show very poor behavior when they throw temper tantrums.

 Noun  A brief look  Synonyms – glance, peek  As a child I would hide when my mother wrapped presents so that I could try and get a quick glimpse of the special surprises.

 Verb  To be overcome with astonishment or disbelief  Synonyms – Shocked, Amazed, Astounded  The crowd was stunned by the beauty of the girls in the pageant.

 Verb  Settled snugly and/or comfortably  Synonyms - cradled, cuddled, snuggled  The kittens were nestled comfortably by their mother.
