Services Included…  Inspection of the roof before the project.  Coring and repairing the roof to verify construction.  Assisting Owner with roof selection, options, and budgets.  Assistance to architect, consultant, or staff engineer to develop specs and details for the project.  Approved Contractor base that are familiar with Tremco’s high standards for quality.  Attendance at pre-bid meeting, pre-con meeting, progress meetings, etc…  Jobsite inspection and reporting.  Final inspection and warranty.  Warranty that provides for inspections and preventative maintenance several times over the warranty period.
