Receipt for bread with butter and cheese Butter a slice of bread, place a slice of cheese on it. The sandwich can be decorated with parsley.

Day two BREAKFAST - milk + 5 spoons of corn flakes. Fruit Yoghurt. A glass of orange juice. II BREAKFAST - A r oll with ham. An Apple and a banana. Juice. DINNER - Cucumber soup. Chop. Carrot and apple. Tomato. Cucumber. TEA – Lettuce. Carrot. Kefir. SUPPER - Danio Cheese. Sausage + spoon of ketchup. Grapefruit.

Receipt for corn flakes Pour 5 teaspoons of corn flakes into a bowl. Heat the 2% fat milk. Pour contents of the bowl with hot milk and mix everything. You can add a teaspoon of cinnamon or cocoa.

Day three BREAKFAST – Coffee. White bread with egg paste. Nectarine. II BREAKFAST – Carrots. An apple. Pineapple juice. DINNER - Mushroom Soup. Ravioli. Apple juice. Salmon. Lettuce. TEA - Cottage Cheese. Peach. Corn. SUPPER – Egg. 2 spoons of mayonnaise. Salad with Sour Cream. Baguette.

Receipt for ravioli Ingredients for cake: * 300 g flour * 3 eggs * 1 teaspoon salt * 3 tablespoons water For the filling: * 400 g spinach * 200 g cream cheese, ricotta * 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese * 2 eggs * Pinch of nutmeg, pepper and salt 1. Filling: Braise spinach until it is soft, then chill it and shake it. Add the eggs and parmesan and ricotta cheese. Add the spices to taste. 2. Mix flour with salt and pour the mixture on the pastry board. Make a hole in a dough and pour 2 eggs in it. Then, knead the dough again. Formed dough ball cover with a cloth and leave it for an hour. 3. Split the dough into 4 parts. Smear two parts with protein, then put ricotta on them. Divide the dough into squares with knife. 4. Boil salted water in a saucepan. Throw the ravioli in batches and cook for about 4 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Day four BREAKFAST - Sandwich with tuna, cucumber and egg. II BREAKFAST - Bread with butter and cheese. Tymbark juice. DINNER - Cauliflower Soup. Stuffed cabbage with meat. Baked potatoes. Chinese cabbage salad with mayonnaise. Fruit compote TEA - Coconut cake. Tonic. SUPPER - Grahamka bun with tomato and cucumber. Apple juice. Salad.

Receipt for salad with mayonnaise Mince cabbage in slices and throw them into a bowl. Add tomato or cucumber. Add salt, pepper. Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Serve it on plates filled with herbs.

Day five BREAKFAST - Two sausages with mustard. Sandwich with butter. Tea. II BREAKFAST - Bun with lettuce, tomato and radish. Juice. DINNER - Sorrel soup with egg. Beets. Salmon. Potatoes. Rice. TEA - Apple + banana. Dinner - Sandwich with cheese

Pour a little water into a pot, put it on the gas and wait until the water starts to boil. Throw two sausages into the boiling water. Boil them for about 6 minutes until they become soft. Then, turn off the gas, and take the sausages out of the pot. Put them on a plate and add a teaspoon of mustard. Recipe for sausages with mustard

Day six BREAKFAST - Pancakes with cheese. Water. II BREAKFAST - A cheese sandwich, ham, green onion and radish. Coffee. DINNER - Krupnik soup. Potatoes. Meat with Egg. Lettuce. TEA - Orange juice. Carrot and Grejpfrut. SUPPER – Cocoa. A handful of pumpkin seeds, raisins and peanuts. Natural yoghurt.

1. Put the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, or sugar. Stir well, add flour and stir smoothly. 2. On the hot frying pan, lightly greased, pour the mixture, spreading it evenly in circular motion across the pan. 3. Fry until batter begins to stand out from the edges of the pan. Then invert the pancake tossing it. 4. Ready pancake stuff with cheese mass. We can pour over the cream. Recipe for pancakes with cheese * Flour * Cup of milk * Eggs * Salt * Sugar * Fat cottage cheese * Cream * Vanilla sugar

Day seven BREAKFAST - Sandwich with nutella cream. Tea with lemon and sugar. Kiwi II BREAKFAST - Salami sandwich. Juice. Yogurt. DINNER - Vegetable soup. Dumplings with cabbage and meat. Grapefruit juice. TEA - Fruits and vegetables. SUPPER - Fruit jelly. Water with juice.

1. Boil water and measure out 500ml. 2. Pour contents of bag into the water and stir until dissolved. 3. Pour jelly into salad bowls and leave in a cool place to thicken. Recipe for a strawberry jelly
