Balanced Scorecard Implementation Goal: To unite all the stakeholders of the school system under one focused, balanced and understandable plan. Challenge: To utilize a strategic planning process that harnesses the diverse resources of the school system in pursuit of a common purpose.

Essential Question: How does the Balanced Scorecard help us implement, monitor, and track progress on our system goals?
