Assessment is key to ensuring that every candidate is well prepared to teach every student. Department-level discussions: Are diversity proficiencies being appropriately assessed through departmental dispositions policies? If not, what changes should be made so that diversity is better reflected in those policies? Program-level discussions: Are diversity proficiencies currently being assessed? If so, how?
