Eco-Pro Paint Additives (EPPA)  It is made of a special- mix ceramic based micro-spheres  The outer layer is a reflective heat barrier.  The internal portion is vacuum.  The color is white  It is not bigger than 40 microns Vacuum Heat Reflective Surface

Why use EPPA?  It acts as a heat barrier  This will reduce your energy cost by 30-40%  It will reflect 98% of harmful sunrays  It adds 20% to the paint volume  It can be brush, roller or sprayed  It can be used with any paint without changing the color  Improves hardness and is stain resistant

How does it works?  The micro-spheres are mixed into the paint and it quickly merges into the paint  When first applied the micro-spheres are loosely spaced

How does it works?  As the paint dries the micro-spheres began to align tightly with each other, eventually fusing into a seamless membrane.  Being 60% void, it creates heat barrier

FAQ  What kind of paint will EPPA work with?  How many coats to apply?  Can it be painted over?  How much to use?  Do I paint the internal or external?  Can it be use with any color?  How long can it last

Mixture  50 gm to 1 liter of paint  Careful as EPPA becomes airborne easily  It will increase the paint by 20%  Can be roller, brush and spray  For spray remove filter

Specifications  Temperature stable< 1200 F  Solubility in water Slight  Specific gravity 0.12 – 0.63 g/cc  Percent volatile < 0.5 by weight  Crush strength 400 psi  Oil absorption 31 – 36 oil/100 cc  Alkalinity Max 0.5 milli eqv/gm  Abrasion Resistance Mohs 7  Chemical stability stable  E value (Emissive) C value 40% (60% vacuum filled)  Conductivity 0.06  dielectric constant 1.2-  Sphere size <40 microns

Where can we use it?  Internally to prevent heat loss  Externally to prevent heat gain  Exposed flammable containers  Roofs  Heat pipes  Attics  Boats

Organizations that have tested  OAK Ridge National Laboratory  The Federal Energy Management Program  The Tennessee Valley Authority  The General Services Administration  The United States Air Force  The United States Army  Japan Environment Authority  China Official Authority
