SAROND WELDING s.r.o. is a manufacturing company focusing on deliveries for power-, transportation- and construction engineering businesses. The company management consists of people with 15 years of experience in the field of machinery manufacturing. We conduct, eventually ensure, the production of weldment pieces of various sizes. They may be manufactured in compliance with the technical drawings submitted by our clients or in conformity with the drawings designed by our engineering design department. We are able to carry out production of steel weldment pieces but mainly the batch production thereof, with the quality class 11 – 17 and the typical weight of 50 to kg including its subsequent finishing or final coating, according to the customer’s requirements. For batch production of metallic components the automated welding robot MIGATRONIC is used, creating thus weld joints of the highest quality by using the welding methods MIG/MAG/TIG/plasma. Our welding is performed according to the EN and ČSN standards under supervision of a qualified welding engineer. Since the beginning the company structure and its organization is being built and managed in compliance with the internationally distinguished ISO 9001 standards. If you need repeatedly welded subsets for your final products and you do not wish to invest into automatizing, we are the right choice for you. – For batch production we use an automated welding robot MIGATRONIC which ensures premium quality weld joints using methods MIG/MAG/TIG/PLASMA. The accuracy conforms to EN ISO 9013 standards. – The manufacturing technology enables the production of high precision cut shapes with a clean and smooth surface. As the input material primarily sheets from unalloyed and alloyed construction steel are used, as well as from the heat treatable steel and fittings steel. We guarantee the bevel surface at Ra 25 when using the plasma cutting.
