VIEWables is a new labeling system solving the old problem of hand writing or typing tabs for hanging folders.

The Advantages of Subject headings may be viewed from the front, top, and back of the tab Two extra lines on the front of the tab allows for additional information on folder tabs

How to use Step 1Step 1. Install VIEWables by inserting the supplied diskette into your disc drive. Easy-to-use software for Windows installs quickly on your computer. Compatible with: Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, or NT

How to use Step 2Step 2. Enter subject headings. The user-friendly manual makes this very easy. You may import and/or export subject heading data from other applications to avoid redundant data entry.

How to use Step 3Step 3. Print Viewables labels on an ink jet or laser printer. No labels are wasted as the software remembers which labels have already been used on each sheet.

How to use Step 4Step 4. Labels wrap onto the outside of VIEWables tabs. Protect the label from smudging and peeling by adding a clear label protector.

How to use Step 5Step 5. Place the tabs in the appropriate place in hanging folders. Straight line filing is recommended as shown below.
