Highlights SAKSHAM at Punjabi University, Patiala commenced on 17th Nov. 2014. All the participants introduced themselves formally. Participants in this batch are from different departments and colleges in Punjab. Some participants in this batch are also from different colleges of Maharashtra. Many participants in this batch are very new to computers and have rarely worked on computers. Whereas some participants are working on computers from long time and few are from Computer Science department as well. This batch is a mix of participants of different levels of knowledge and varied experience of working on computers. All participants registered on MSEN and explored tools available here. Many tools like Mathematics 4.0 and WWT were appreciated.

Take Aways Participants found all the sessions very interesting. especially Microsoft Excel, Advance features of PowerPoint, OneDrive, Office Online and Lync. Participants found Office Web Apps and SkyDrive very useful for collaboration and data collection. The sessions on Windows Accessibility Features was very well appreciated by all the participants. Features of Lync for Voice-Video conferencing, document sharing, poll and presentation sharing were very much appreciated by all. Tools on MSEN were also explored by participants. Everyone registered on MSEN.
