3 The Journey The Promoter of Bohra Exports Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Pratap Bohra has been active in the Ship Recycling Industry for more than two decades now. The companies promoted by Mr. Bohra have traded or recycled more than 75 vessels Owing to the vast experience and credibility of the promoters, our company enjoys a great financial reputation in the industry. We at Bohra Exports have a tradition of Quality, Commitment and Trust.

4 Model Ship Recycling Yard Showcasing our commitment to the business of recycling is our effort to develop a model ship recycling facility in India, where large environmentally conscious shipping companies can send their vessels for demolition. We have already obtained ISO and OHSAS certification for our processes. We are looking to make technical collaborations with companies engaged in the business decontamination of vessels as per international standards All our efforts are focused towards achieving our goal of ‘Zero Pollution’ and ‘No Time Loss Accident’ at our ship recycling facility.

5 Safety Health & Environment Policy It is the policy of the Company to provided healthy and safe working conditions, and to maintain a safe and pollution-minimizing operation practice that complies relevant standards and guidelines. Company objectives are to:  Provide for safe practices in ship recycling and safe working environment.  Establish safeguards against all identified risks.  Continuously improve the safety management skills of personnel ashore and abroad ship, including preparing for emergencies related both to safety and environmental protection.

6 Safety Health & Environment Policy These objectives will be achieved by:  Maintaining high standards of safety consciousness, personal discipline and individual accountability by adherence, to a comprehensive and documented system of training.  Actively promoting employee participation in measures aimed at improving safety and protecting the environment.  Keeping all personnel fully informed of any known or potential hazards that may affect them, their colleagues, the plot or the environment by transmittal of pertinent documentation.  Ensuring adherence at all times to the documented operating procedures by system of internal verification of procedures and activities.  Continuously reviewing all mandatory rules, regulations and industry codes and guidelines that are relevant to specific vessel tubes. All employees are expected to comply with Safety and Pollution Prevention Regulations and procedure at all times, and to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves, their colleagues, the recycling yard, and the environment.
