CITY OF NORTH PORT US41 CORRIDOR UTILITIES MASTER PLAN Funding and Cost Recovery  Corridor Capital Recovery Fee Per ERC:  Water = $400 / Wastewater = $1,620  Paid at capacity reservation  Paid at time of reservation in addition to Capacity Fees  Allows growth & satisfies commitment to WVID  Available Wastewater Transmission Capacity is 476 ERCs  WVID WWTP must be built to add more ERCs
