— The FY 2011 FAC Committee The FIMS Advisory Committee (FAC) is a subcommittee of individuals comprised of Field Office users, including DOE contractor personnel, that recommend continuous improvement to the system. Facilities Data Development Committee (FDDC) A corporate board is in place that is comprised of individuals who represent the Headquarters program secretarial offices that funded the development of FIMS. The name of this corporate board is the Facilities Data Development Committee (FDDC). The FDDC provides the guidance and direction of FIMS by making all final decisions regarding system policy and enhancements.
