Remploy is a leading provider of job opportunities for disabled people and people facing complex barriers to employment Our Mission: to transform the lives of disabled people and those experiencing complex barriers to work by providing sustainable employment opportunities 2 About Remploy

Delivering our mission 3 We deliver our mission and vision through: –Our Enterprise Businesses –Our Employment Services

Enterprise Businesses: Network of 54 factory-based businesses Direct employment of nearly 3,000 disabled people Provide trainee placements for skills development Produce and deliver world-class products and services across a range of sectors 4

Employment Services 5 Last year we supported 10,200 disabled and disadvantaged people into mainstream jobs through 40+ Branches We deliver Welfare to Work programmes to help disabled and disadvantaged people to find and retain mainstream employment We provide Wellbeing and rehabilitation services to help people stay in a job

Eligibility for Remploy Programmes 6 Voluntary provision, either self referral or referral by a partner organisation. If a candidate has a mental health condition, or disability (self declared), they are eligible for support. Also if they have a health condition and are at risk of unemployment, we provide support. We would strongly welcome joint working with specialist organisations

Remploy and the Army Partnership with Career Transition Partnership, offering support to disabled service personnel Partner in Army Recovery Capability project for supporting more disabled personnel Rapid referral route to our support, with quick response times. Rehabilitation and Remploy 10 Remploy delivers all aspects of work related rehabilitation including: –Early and specialist support –Community rehabilitation –Vocational rehabilitation We are committed to the highest professional standards and delivering new experiences for our customers
