Practice in Philippines Huge Information vacuum in affected areas by Typhoon Haiyan despite many media cover Emergency Radio plays integral role to disseminate information to the affected people.

Practice in Japan Emergency Radio turns into Rehabilitation Radio to regain the people’s feeling to carry on living
