בניית חנוכיות בגן "חרוב" קיבוץ איילון שם הגננת: רעיה כהן מהגן אל הקהילה ומהקהילה לגן גן חרוב חי ונושם בתוך קיבוץ איילון כבר שנים רבות והקשר בין הקהילה לגן הוא מוטיב מרכזי לאורך כל השנה. הקשר מתעצם בחגים ובהזדמנויות רבות אחרות כגון הטיולים הרבים בהם אנו מבקרים במקומות שונים ברחבי הישוב. אחד האתרים החשובים והמעניינים ביותר הוא מפעל הפסיפס שהוא בעצם סטודיו לעבודות יד מפסיפס. Building Menorahs at “Haruv” kindergarten Kibbutz Eilon The teacher: Raya Cohen From the kindergarten to the community and from the community to the kindergarten “Haruv” class is part of ‘Eilon” community for many years and the connection between this class and the surrounding community exists all year long. It is becoming stronger before holidays and in many other occasion while the children visit different places in the kibbutz. One of the most important and interesting site is the mosaics factory which is really a studio for hand made mosaics

ביקור במפעל הפסיפס שבו עיקר העבודה הוא שיחזור פסיפסים עתיקים שמעתיקים אותם לבתי כנסת, שגרירויות ישראל ובתים פרטיים Visiting the mosaics factory in which the main work is restoration of old mosaic which is being copied to synagogues, private houses and Israel embassies around the world

אחת העובדות היא סבתא בגן והיא גם מספרת סיפורי מקום בגן בהזדמנויות רבות One of the workers is a grandmother in our class and she also tells the stories of our places in many occasions.

לאחר הביקור בתוך המפעל, יצאנו החוצה לאסוף אבני מוזאיקה המושלכות בערמות בחוץ. After visiting in the factory, we went out to collect Mosaic stones from the piles outside

הילדים אספו את האבנים והתנסו בבניות שונות עם האבנים The children collected stones and practiced different buildings with them

את האבנים הבאנו לגן ושם כל ילד בנה חנוכייה על משטח אבן שהוא בחר, עם האבנים שהוא בחר We brought all of the stones to our class and there, each child built a Menorah on a stone area that he chose and with stones that he chose.

ילדי הגן מדליקים נרות בבית הסבים בקיבוץ. הסבים מגיעים מידי פעם לגן ומספרים על ילדותם בקיבוץ Children from our class are lightening candles at the grandmother and grandfather’s house in our kibbutz. Those grandmothers and grandfathers come from time to time to our class, telling about their childhood in our Kibbutz. Edit by Efrat Srebro
