 PrEP clinic – (250+ patients actively using)  Walk-In – 11/3 - patients able to see provider same day  Active Referrals via CDPH’s Lakeview Specialty Clinic  Successfully connected patients to primary care, PrEP, and Medicaid/Market Place exchanges, most were uninsured (ACA Navigator)  PrEP Coordinator – case manager  PrEP utilization among Black sexual minority, gender variant pops (particularly over 24) - LOW  Young gay men/trans all races/ethnicities - LOW  White gay men ages 25+ highest, followed by Latino  Chicago PrEP Working Group 9 HOWARD BROWN HEALTH CENTER

 PrEP education  Incorporated into sero-discordant couples program, treatment education programs  Lifeline –new HIV prevention program for negative individuals at elevated risk (men, women), PrEP info incorporated  Referrals to Howard Brown Health Center  PrEP resources – including provider list  Positively Aware –  Chicago PrEP Working Group 10 TEST POSITIVE AWARE NETWORK

 SHIPP – Sustainable Health Center Implementation Pilot, Access Grand Boulevard, Black gay men, Black women  PS-PrEP – Randomized clinical trial of PrEP linkage program by DIS staff, UC and CDPH  Facebook PrEP –educating community about PrEP and disseminate information  PrEP clinics  UC Infectious Disease Clinic  Access Grand Boulevard  Chicago PrEP Working Group 11 UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO
