Student Teacher: Alison Johnson Supervising Teacher: Mrs. McGary

Learning subjects and predicates is what the main focus in Mrs. McGary’s class is all about. During September, fall doesn’t really start, so I decided to do a football theme. Inside the footballs are sentences about the Plainfield High School football team. The students had to underline the subject once and the predicate twice with the sentences on the football.

It makes the exploratory teachers get a crafty side. It tells them that just teaching the kids is not the job of an educator, you have to do many visuals in order for them to feel excited about doing work. I am very excited about the bulletin board I created, it took a lot of hard work and dedication. I learned that the teachers need a lot of that.
