 Failure of the Application to meet all of the threshold requirements (Scoring 55 points within the Pre-Application & Threshold Questions Sections) will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycle.  In addition, failure of the Applicant to score 130 total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycle. 9

 ONLY local units of government classified as a municipality (i.e. City or Village) are eligible to apply. No county wide project.  The Application questions are locked. Altering the questions in any way, may result in a 20 point scoring deduction. 10
